The Oxford Migration Studies Society (OMSS) is a University Society that aims to connect people in Oxford examining any facet of migration. Society members include students and researchers from the Centre on Migration, Policy and Society (COMPAS), the Refugee Studies Centre (RSC), and other specialists in a range of disciplines, including anthropology, politics, history, geography, and sociology.
By organizing and hosting social events, publicizing and promoting scholarship in Migration Studies, and conducting outreach among students, professionals, and academics, the Oxford Migration Studies Society seeks to establish an innovative and thriving platform through which individuals can engage in meaningful research and studies at Oxford, and beyond.
