The Experiences of London’s Latin American Migrants during Brexit and the COVID-19 Pandemic

This executive summary presents key findings from an exploratory, qualitative study of the experiences of Latin American migrants in London during Brexit and the COVID-19 pandemic conducted by COMPAS and the charity Latin American House (LAH), London.

Latin Americans constitute a diverse and significant community in London. However, they lack formal recognition as an ethnic group. As a result, little is known about how they have experienced the COVID-19 pandemic and how they have been navigating Brexit, two issues of significant concern for the community.
