This toolkit was developed as part of the Improving Education Outcomes for Displaced 16-19 year olds in Oxfordshire research project and draws on the findings from this research, including the direct voices of young people and their families. The toolkit aims to provide practical approaches and a checklist of things for practitioners and managers to think about in developing provision and support.
