Research Report: Workplace integration of migrant health workers in the UK

This report examines the processes of integration of migrant health professionals, specifically doctors and nurses, in the workplace. It is based on a qualitative case study focused on an actual working environment of health professionals, in this case, two hospitals, one public (NHS) and one private, in an English city. The findings of the report contribute to and take forward existing research in the UK on the positions and experiences of migrant health professionals and factors that facilitate or impede their societal integration more generally.
