Biography
Anna Laura is a DPhil candidate in Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich and is spending a research stay at COMPAS (April - June 2024). She is researching the proportionality of measures to terminate the residence of juveniles and young adults. The project deals with the international and national requirements for measures to terminate residence. In addition to the international and national framework, the focus is on analysing the practice of the ECHR and the Federal Supreme Court to approach the question of proportionality in practice. The aim is to answer the question of under what circumstances it is proportionate to terminate the stay of a juvenile or young adult. Anna Laura holds a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Zurich.
