Overview

This briefing, based on research in the London Borough of Southwark, the COMPAS Welfare, neighbourhood and new geographies of diversity pilot project and an ESRC Knowledge Exchange Fellowship, explores how local authorities and other service providers, deliver welfare and other services to populations which are rapidly changing and increasingly diverse in their needs and backgrounds, in a context of funding cuts.
