This report was compiled as part of the EU-MIA project, a research-based co-operative learning and training initiative targeting and directly involving local stakeholders responsible for the development and implementation of local level integration policies in selected European cities. It presents the Functioning Practice “Gelebte Diversität – Lived diversity”, focusing on how diversity thinking is incorporated in the implementation and staff development strategies of Wohnpartner, the Vienna-based social housing provider.
