The paper investigates the magnitude of migration of health professionals fromZimbabwe, the causes of such movements and the associated impacts on healthcare delivery. International migration of health professionals has led to staffshortages and the situation is worse in public compared to private healthinstitutions. The quality of care given to patients has also declined. The researchcalls for the adoption of an integrated approach in solving the concerns of healthprofessions.Keywords: Brain drain; migration; health.
