Teaching
MPhil in Migration Studies
COMPAS staff contribute to the two year M.Phil. in Migration Studies which is administered through the Institute of Social and Cultural Anthropology and has been running since October 2005. The degree provides foundational training in Social Anthropology, Migration Studies and methods of social research. Grounded in Social Anthropology, the M.Phil. programme will prepare students for D.Phil. research on migration in social anthropology or other social sciences. (Students should investigate admission requirements for other departments if they are interested in further study.)
COMPAS staff also contribute to other postgraduate degree programmes at Oxford, supervise doctoral students and train postdoctoral fellows.
