Chiara was the project manager for the Horizon 2020 project Role of European Mobility and its Impacts in Narratives, Debates and EU Reforms (REMINDER), responsible for the smooth running of the programme – from planning, budget management, partner communications and evaluation.
She previously worked for Save the Children UK where she was a project manager running dozens of humanitarian fundraising campaigns with a particular focus on the world’s most forgotten emergencies. She also spent time in consulting in New York, London, and Vienna and worked on a livelihoods project with genocide survivors in Bosnia-Herzegovina whilst at university. In her free time she collaborates with Palestinian artisans in Lebanon on a small collection of handmade luxury blankets.
She has an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Oxford, where her research looked at participatory development in rural Kenya, and an MA (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh in Economic and Social History, where she looked at the economic effects of U.S. immigration for her undergraduate thesis.
