Introduction
This study group ran from 2011 – 2017.
TurkMiS aimed to concentrate research conducted at Oxford University, across the various departments, colleges and institutes, on migration from, to and through Turkey and its vicinity and related politics in the fields of migration, refugees, European affairs and international relations. It sought to present what is known, to identify knowledge gaps and encourage research into these. For this purpose the studies group also aimed to link up with researchers across Europe and in Turkey.
