Lucie Cerna successfully completed her Dphil in Politics at the University of Oxford in 2010.
Lucie Cerna successfully completed her Dphil in Politics at the University of Oxford in 2010. She is an Anglo-German Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Politics at the University of Oxford, and a member of Merton College.
Lucie’s research focuses on the political economy of high-skilled migration, and regional and global governance.
She holds a BA in Foreign Languages/ International Affairs (with Honours) from the University of Puget Sound, USA; an MSc in European Politics and Governance (with Distinction) from LSE, an MBA (with Honours) from Saarland University, Germany, and a DPhil (PhD) in Politics from the University of Oxford.
