Cinzia Rienzo is a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Economics at Sussex University. Previously she worked as a research assistant at the CEP and MES at the London School of Economics.
Cinzia’s research focuses on immigration and the labour market outcomes for the UK and US, with a particular focus on wage inequality. She is currently carrying out research on the role of unions on immigrant wages. In addition to her research on immigration and the labour market, she is working on the consequences of polygamous family in developing countries.
Cinzia received her PhD in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London. She holds a degree in Economics and Social Disciplines from the University of Molise, Italy and an MSc in Economics from Queen Mary University of London.
